New contacts for membership updates and questions

We’re always working to make it easier for you to manage your accounts. We value your partnership and use our technology to save you time. There are many ways to update enrollment information or find answers to questions.

You can use EmployerAccess to make membership changes, view and pay invoices, look at transaction history, and view activity reports after you register with the group number.

Starting January 1, 2022, we’ll have new contacts for membership updates and questions about enrollment or membership.

You can send membership to our new enrollment mailbox, AnthemWGSLargeGrpEnrollment@anthem.com.

This shared mailbox is for membership changes/corrections or new enrollment, including Anthem enrollment forms, Change forms, Cobra Elections, and Member Termination forms. We recommended limiting email file size to 10 MB.

All Emails should include:

  • WGS Case Number and Case Name in the subject line
  • Member ID number
  • Member name and DOB in the message and any attachments

Urgent Access to Care enrollments must state “Urgent Access to Care” in the subject line along with the WGS Case Number and Case Name. Urgent Access to Care requests are processed within 2 hours until 7 p.m. ET. We will send an email response upon completion.
