Some Large Group medical clients with embedded vision coverage are unable to find Blue View Vision providers using the Find Care search tool on anthem.com and in the Sydney℠ Health mobile app. For them, the system is only displaying medical plan providers. Affected members can use the Guest Search option on anthem.com as a workaround. These Guest Search Instructions (PDF) can help them with the process.
Members with standalone Blue View Vision coverage are not affected by this issue.
