Wellbeing Solutions and Sydney Health simplify connected, whole-person care for clients

Anthem’s Wellbeing Solutions program is simple for clients to implement and manage. And for members, Wellbeing Solutions is connected to SydneySM Health, the digital front door to Anthem’s well-being ecosystem, so it’s easy for them to use anytime they need it. 

 

Together, Wellbeing Solutions and SydneySM Health create a centralized digital experience of personalized and connected whole-person care. From the app, members can:

 

  • Complete a health assessment for personalized action plans.
  • Engage with well-being tools, access resources, and track engagement incentives.
  • Connect to focused programs supporting:
    • Mental and behavioral health.
    • Growing families.
    • Cancer.
    • Back and joint pain, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, asthma, COPD, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
  • Receive alerts about care gaps.
  • Search for doctors and talk to them via chat or video.
  • See their health records.

 

The results? We’re lowering costs and improving outcomes

  • Members with integrated medical, behavioral, pharmacy, and disease management care save on average $3,060.58 per year1
  • Members with breast cancer who participated in our cancer care program had a 58% decrease in emergency room utilization.2
  • 43% of members who participated in Anthem wellness programs lost at least 3% of initial bodyweight and 28% lost at least 5%.3
