Connecticut, Maine, and New Hampshire now have the capability to submit member maintenance and new enrollment transactions through The EmployerAccess portal during the group's open enrollment period.
Groups or brokers no longer need to email maintenance forms to us for processing, which means enrollments and member changes can be processed quicker.
For the initial phase, this new service is available exclusively for northeast markets — it will expand to additional markets soon.
