We’re sharing this information in case you have clients in the impacted areas.
We’re making temporary changes to health plan benefits to provide relief and ensure healthcare access for our California members who live in areas impacted by wildfire emergencies.
The changes are in effect:
- August 7 through September 5, 2024, for members who live in El Dorado County and are impacted by the Crozier wildfire emergency.
- July 28 through August 30, 2024, for members who live in Kern County and are impacted by the Borel wildfire emergency.
- July 25 through August 23, 2024, for members who live in Butte, Plumas, and Tehama counties and are impacted by the Park wildfire emergency.
The changes also apply to emergency responders who have been activated to the impacted area by their state or local agency, but who do not live in the impacted area.
For assistance during this emergency, please call us at 833-285-4030.
We want to help make sure your clients have access to the healthcare they need. We can help with finding available doctors, refilling prescription drugs, and other health plan questions. We’re available by phone Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.
