Use the Producer Toolbox for Client Reporting and Help Them Pay

Individual | IN

Producer Toolbox includes a comprehensive suite of reports to help you in effectively managing your book of business during Open Enrollment and throughout the year. These reports offer valuable insights that empower you to provide the best possible support and guidance to your clients.

To access the reporting options in Producer Toolbox, once logged in, select “Tools & Resources,” then choose “Reports.”

The available reports include:

  • Billing reports that track the billing status of your clients. This can help you ensure clients automatically renewing into a 2026 plan understand their payment deadlines for smooth renewals. Renewing clients need to pay before January 15 to keep their plans active.
  • Renewal reports for monitoring upcoming client renewals and their estimated premiums for 2026.
  • Client reports that help you view and manage your current Individual book of business.
  • Members turning 26 and 65 reports so you can identify dependents aging off coverage and help them review options for staying covered.
  • Application reports so you can follow submitted applications, monitor enrollment status, identify missing initial payments, and access Application IDs for making payments.

Payment Tips & Reminders

  • Off-exchange initial payment is due before the end of the annual open enrollment period, or 10 days following the assigned effective date, whichever is later.
  • On-exchange initial payments are due 30 days from application receipt or the effective date, whichever is later.
  • The Application reports will list clients who may have missed their initial payments. For On-Exchange plans, initial payments can be made online at payment.anthem.com using the Application ID. Off-Exchange plan payments must accompany the application.
  • Anthem.com includes a dedicated ACA section explaining how to pay the initial premium as well as ongoing payment options (Quick Pay, portal login, mobile app) and alternate payment methods (i.e., mail, phone).
  • Encourage your clients to download the Sydney Health mobile app. The app allows them to set up auto-pay, manage benefits, view claims, find providers, and access their ID cards.
