Market Verifications Available Digitally for Renewing Business

Small Group | CO, CT, IN, NH, NV, WI, GA

Remember, there’s an easy, paperless way to certify renewing business. The market verification form (MVF) is available in EmployerAccess for small groups and their authorized brokers. There’s no need to scan and email documents.

To use the digital form in EmployerAccess, select Complete Market Verification at the bottom of the Enroll and Manage card on the dashboard.

Fill out the form and upload any needed supporting documents. We’ll email you if we have questions. You won’t have to check for the status of your forms. It will show in EmployerAccess.

Digital market verification forms will be available 90 days in advance and up until the group renewal date.
