The ChamberCare Health Alliance MEWA is preparing to collect data for the Annual Rate and Census Reconciliation (ARC), crucial for maintaining compliance and precise underwriting. The data collection will take place from March 3 to April 11, 2025. This initiative affects all groups active during any part of 2024, including those that have since been terminated.
The ARC data assists Consoliplex, the plan manager, in meeting underwriting requirements and fulfilling IRS documentation duties, such as the MEWA's 5500 filing and Summary Annual Report (SAR).
