Clients in a Small Group or Individual plan can now access the beta version of Virtual Assistant on anthem.com and the SydneySM Health app. It delivers conversational responses on topics like understanding benefits, finding care, and managing claims. They can type in a question or use the guided prompts and receive clear, comprehensive answers and personalized guidance.
When clients log in to their Anthem account, they will notice a new Virtual Assistant tile. It appears on both desktop and mobile platforms. A simple click lets them start interacting and exploring its features.
