The latest EmployerAccess enhancements streamline Small Group enrollment and maintenance transactions for ACA plans electronically during the renewal period for the current plan year. Here's how these improvements will benefit you and your clients:

  • Seamless electronic processing: You can now submit enrollment and coverage changes electronically, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process during the annual blackout period.
  • Reduced administrative burden: These enhancements are designed to ease your administrative tasks during this period. Any transaction errors will be directed to a dedicated queue for quick and effective review by our enrollment team, streamlining resolutions.
  • Stay informed: Submitters will receive email updates to keep them informed of their transaction status. Alternatively, they can access updates anytime through the self-service portal under Reports.

We introduced these enhancements on November 17.
