- Member's full name
- Member's date of birth
- Member's HCID
If your request pertains to group-level benefits, include:
- The group's name
- The group’s number
- The authorized group individual contact person
When you use the Producer Toolbox and Broker Plus mobile app digital tools, you can securely access and share only the necessary member and group information with us. This provides an extra safeguard for each member’s personal information.
Additionally, our Broker Plus app offers secure live chat support during business hours, Monday through Friday where you can connect with live agents for real-time help.
