New Sydney Health features help group members find answers and care

We’re sending a message to some group members about new Sydney Health mobile app features that can help when they’re not feeling well or have a health question.*

Sydney Health is available anytime they need to:

  • Assess symptoms online. The Sydney Health intuitive Symptom Checker reacts to user-supplied information to assess specific symptoms.
  • Text with a board-certified doctor. After using the Symptom Checker, Sydney Health can link members directly to doctors for virtual text visits.
  • Have a video chat with a doctor. The app can connect users with a board-certified doctor through video visits.
  • Find nearby, in-person care. Members can search by name, specialty, or service for primary care doctors, specialists, facilities, and other health care professionals in their plan’s network.
