Small group enrollment and client management now live with Employee Navigator

A suite of enrollment and client management tools designed to make it easier to manage agency business and client benefits is now live in Employee Navigator, a leading benefit administration platform. These new capabilities allow Employee Navigator users to perform maintenance transactions for in-force small group medical, dental and vision plans, including ACA, MEWA and Anthem Balanced Funded plans, using the Employee Navigator Data Exchange. They can also authorize small group clients, view their book of business, manage member enrollment, and review error reports.

This is our first step in elevating connectivity to Anthem through the platforms you prefer. You’ll no longer have to worry about managing paper apps or cutting and pasting between multiple spreadsheets because you can do more on the systems you use.
