On 10/1/2026, CarelonRx will transition to an enhanced integrated Weight Management Program (WMP) solution designed to deliver a stronger member experience, simplify the weight management journey, and support future innovation.
The foundational program remains the same: providing members with comprehensive weight management support, including digital lifestyle management and GLP-1 integration where applicable. The enhanced solution will create a more intuitive experience, strengthen engagement, and reduce friction for both members and clients. This transition will also introduce a new partnership with the Noom platform.
Current program participants will continue to receive support through the existing program until their transition to the enhanced solution on 10/1/26. Current enrollees will receive a communication prior to 10/1/2026 that explains the change and instructs them how to sign up in the Noom app. We are committed to providing support throughout the transition.
To support this evolution, CarelonRx is planning a phased transition to the enhanced program experience.
As part of this transition:
- Sales of the current legacy WMP solution have ended.
- New sales are expected to begin with the enhanced solution on October 1, 2026.
- We will notify employers via our Employer Access portal as well as via email outreach.
- Existing clients and enrolled members, in addition to any new clients and members, will transition to the enhanced experience beginning October 1, 2026.
