Family Focus plans have $0 copays for children and savings for the whole family

Help your clients support their employees and their families with our new Family Focus health plans. They are now available to small business members through the 2023 Georgia SMART Chamber (SMART) and Georgia FARM Bureau Health Care (FARM) plans.

Family Focus health plans are designed to provide the kind of comprehensive health coverage small business owners would want for their own families. They offer easier, cost-effective access to care and special savings for families.

Plan options provide coverage and benefits to keep small business employees and their families healthy, happy, and productive, including:

• $0 primary care copays for children under 19.
• Virtual care through our Sydney℠ Health app for cost-effective, convenient, personalized care for all eligible family members with a $0 copay.
• Anthem’s broad Blue Open Access network of doctors, facilities, and other healthcare professionals, as well as our Essential Rx drug list.
  • Also available in select counties as an exclusive provider organization (EPO) on the Blue Connection Network.
• Savings on select health and wellness products and services that support whole-person health for every eligible family member.
• 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) access to experts for help and support.
