Producer Toolbox Reminder: Prepare for 2027 Open Enrollment

As we prepare for the 2027 Individual Market Open Enrollment Period (OEP), now is a great time to review the resources available in Producer Toolbox to ensure you're ready for a successful enrollment season.

Review your renewal reports

Once renewal reports become available, you can access them by:

1. Logging into Producer Toolbox
2. Selecting Tools & Resources
3. Selecting Reports
4. Selecting the Renewal Report

The Renewal Report provides valuable information about your renewing members before Open Enrollment begins. It includes much of the same information your clients will receive in their mailed renewal notices.

Reviewing these reports early allows you to:

• Identify clients renewing for 2027.
• Review current and renewing plan information.
• Begin proactive outreach before Open Enrollment.
• Discuss plan options and any changes with your clients.
• Better manage your renewal strategy throughout OEP.

Verify your appointments

Before marketing for the 2027 plan year, both agencies and agents should verify their appointments are active in the states where they intend to sell.

To review appointment information:

1. Log into Producer Toolbox.
2. Select the blue profile icon in the upper-right corner or scroll down Licensing, Credentialing & Contracting.
3. Select Account Details.
4. Select Details.
5. You can also check to make sure Anthem has received your Exchange Certification by selecting Exchange Certification

For agencies

Agencies can download their complete list of producers by selecting the Excel export option. This report allows you to verify each agent’s:

• Active state appointments
• Lines of business
• Overall appointment status

For individual agents

Agents can review their appointment details directly on the screen by scrolling through the list of active states and lines of business. It ensures they are properly appointed before marketing and enrolling members.
