We have stopped marketing products under the Wisconsin Collaborative Insurance Company (WCIC) legal entity because WCIC is merging into the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin (BCBSWI) legal entity in 2024, pending regulatory approval.
We will be terminating all WCIC appointments in December 2023. This will not impact your ability to do business with or sell Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield products in Wisconsin. All Wisconsin Anthem agent appointments will remain active. We will continue to market Blue Preferred and Blue Priority-WI products under the Compcare legal entity and Blue Access products under the BCBSWI legal entity.
