The network includes local doctors, hospitals, and specialists, carefully selected for their quality and cost of care. The resulting network offers value and access to quality care. Plus, members pay $0 out of pocket for preventive care, virtual care, and preferred labs. (For health savings account (HSA) plans, $0 out of pocket applies after the deductible has been met.)
