Victor DeStefano has been named Commercial Plan President for New York State for Empire Blue Cross and Empire BlueCross BlueShield. He has been with Empire since 2019 and spent the last four months serving as interim president for those plans.
Victor’s personal life and career are steeped in the New York spirit. His profound understanding of your unique needs allows him to support you through our transition to the Anthem brand on January 1, 2024, and beyond. He is a native of New York, born and raised in Staten Island. He was instrumental in Empire’s effort to establish a food pantry at P.S. 398 Walter Weaver in Brooklyn.
