To help us better serve our customers, Anthem has retained Escalent, a third-party research firm, to perform a client satisfaction survey. The survey will measure key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, the client’s overall satisfaction with Anthem, ease of doing business, and their likelihood to renew.
Existing small and large group employer clients will receive an email survey from @esclaent.com the last week of July. Participation is optional.
Clients will also be notified about the survey on July 25 through an EmployerAccess news article.
