Start downloading ID cards in bulk

The latest EmployerAccess enhancement for groups with an effective date in July allows you or your clients to request and download ID cards in bulk at the group or case level. Once the ID cards are downloaded, they’re compiled into individual PDFs then bundled into a single ZIP file.

You or your client will receive an email notification when the ID card file is ready, typically within 12 hours, along with tailored alerts to ensure the ID cards are shared with members within the required timeframe. This feature can handle up to 100 active members.
