Karen Bunch has been appointed Regional Vice President, Large Group Sales for Indiana, effective June 29, 2026.
Bunch brings more than 27 years of health insurance experience to the role, including 22 years with the organization and the past 15 years in Large Group Sales. During that time, Bunch delivered strong growth and retention results while building trusted relationships with brokers, employers, and cross-functional partners across the enterprise.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic perspective, and focus on results, Bunch brings broad industry experience across actuarial, provider network, and commercial sales functions. She began her career as an Actuarial Analyst with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona before joining the organization in Network Management and transitioning to Large Group Sales in 2011.
Bunch holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Her track record, customer focus, and strong broker and employer relationships position her to support the continued growth and success of the Indiana Large Group business.
