Our Sydney® Health app now includes Supplemental Health benefits information for your clients’ employees enrolled in one or more of the following: Anthem medical, dental, or vision plans. Supplemental Health plan information is not available in Sydney to members who are only enrolled in an Anthem Supplemental Health plan.
After logging into Sydney Health, members can view their Certificates to see the details of their coverage, depending on their plan effective or renewal date.
- Members in groups with effective dates between December 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026, can view their certificates now.
- Members in groups with effective dates of April 1, 2026, and after will be able to view their certificates 30-45 days after their effective date.
- Members in active groups with effective dates before December 1, 2025, will be able to view their certificates on the app once the group renews on their policy anniversary date.
