COVID-19 stimulus bill offers FSA and DCA options

The recent Consolidated Appropriations Act offers additional carryover options for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and dependent care accounts (DCA) for some Large Groups. Empire will contact impacted employer groups by email to let them know their carryover options.
