Managing Small Group renewals is getting easier. Beginning October 19, 2026, the new Digital Renewal Viewer will let you and your eligible clients with renewal dates of December 1, 2026 or later, review plan options, make selections, and submit renewals electronically through Employer Access.
With renewal documents, plan comparisons, and submission tools in one place, you can help your clients navigate their renewals more efficiently.
Who can use the new experience?
The rollout applies to eligible Affordable Care Act (ACA) Small Group clients in California, Colorado, Maine, Missouri, and Nevada with renewal dates of December 1, 2026 or later.
Groups renewing November 1, 2026, will continue using the existing renewal process.

The Digital Renewal Viewer allows you and your clients to:
- Access renewal documents and review medical, dental, and vision plans, as applicable.
- Compare medical benefits and available plans, including Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents.
- Keep an existing plan, select an alternative medical plan, or add a medical plan where available.
- Save progress, complete electronic signatures, and submit renewals online.
- Download a renewal confirmation for your records.
How to get started
Once a client's renewal is available, sign in to Employer Access or Producer Toolbox, go to Enroll and Manage, and select It's time to renew.
Before submitting, verify plan selections, contract codes, and group information. Follow any state-specific instructions, including Market Verification Form requirements, when applicable.
After submission, the status changes to Renewal Submitted. The renewal link remains available for 30 days after the renewal date.
