Starting June 1, 2026, Unity Healthcare in Lafayette will become a Tier 1 Provider in the HealthSync network.
Tier 1 providers are a preferred option for HealthSync members, offering care at one of the most cost-effective levels and helping lower overall healthcare costs.
Unity Healthcare offers primary and specialty care, along with convenient access to imaging services through InnerVision. In addition, the Unity Surgical Center rejoined the HealthSync network as a Tier 1 facility in September 2025.
Expanding access to Tier 1 providers like Unity Healthcare and Unity Surgical Center is part of Anthem’s commitment to lower the cost of healthcare — supporting better care coordination and more cost-effective options for members and employers in the Lafayette area.
