We made temporary changes to health plan benefits to provide relief and ensure healthcare access for members who were impacted by the December 2024 coastal winter storm in Santa Cruz County, California.
The changes were in effect from February 14, 2025, through March 15, 2025, for impacted members who are residents of Santa Cruz County. The changes also applied to emergency responders who were activated to the impacted area by their state or local agency, but who do not live in the impacted area.
We want to help make sure your clients and their members have access to the healthcare they need. We can help with finding available doctors, refilling prescription drugs, and other health plan questions.
