The deadline has been extended to March 24, 2023, for fully insured groups to provide us the monthly average premium information that’s required by the Prescription Drug Data Collection reporting provision of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
To make sure your client’s data is included in our aggregate filing, please remind them to complete this form before March 24, 2023. We must receive this data to avoid non-compliance.
