Through our innovative technology and enhanced provider relationships, Virtual First integrates data across in-person and virtual care providers to help employees find the care that’s right for them. Higher cost shares for in-person or specialist visits guide employees to start with convenient, lower-cost quality digital care.
Virtual First offers versatile benefit designs and a variety of cost-share options. This includes options such as no deductible, no coinsurance, copay only, and cost shares with $0 for virtual care.
