Empire name transitions to Anthem January 1
We’d like to remind you that on January 1, 2024, the Empire BlueCross BlueShield and Empire BlueCross names will transition to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Anthem Blue Cross, respectively.
Please be assured that this name transition will not impact plans, pricing, networks, coverage, or level of support or service.
Our priority is to ensure a simple, seamless transition and to reassure members they can continue to use the same doctors and hospitals they do today.
Beginning January 1, 2024, Empire BlueCross BlueShield members can visit anthem.com. Empire BlueCross members can visit anthembluecross.com. They can log in using their same information.
