Groups can save up to 2 points off their risk factor by adding dental and vision to SMART and FARM medical plans

To help groups save on their Georgia Chamber SMART or Georgia FARM medical plans, we’re offering up to 2 points off their risk factor when they add any combination of dental or vision coverage.

For effective dates starting June 1, 2024, groups can earn up to 1.5 points off their risk factor when they add dental coverage. They can earn 0.5 points off for adding vision coverage.

*Discount will be applied to the risk factor at the time the case is being underwritten. Net effective discount could be lower than posted rates and is subject to certain underwriting limitations and eligibility criteria including actual dental and/or vision products purchased and determination of final enrollment. Excludes voluntary plans.
