WBS integrates with SydneySM Health to create a centralized, digital experience. From the app, members can:
- Complete a health assessment for personalized action plans.
- Engage with well-being tools, access resources, and track rewards.
- Connect to focused programs supporting:
- Mental and behavioral health.
- Growing families.
- Cancer.
- Diabetes, Crohn’s disease, asthma, COPD, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
- Receive alerts about care gaps.
- Search for doctors and talk to them via chat or video.
- See their health records.

Members with integrated medical, behavioral, pharmacy, and disease management care save on average $3,060.58 per year.1
- Anthem found a 25% increase in medication adherence for members with chronic conditions whose care providers are connected to our Health OS digital platform.2
