The enhanced Producer Toolbox dashboard now offers faster access to client information and ID cards, and you can designate the forms and documents you use most as favorites to keep them just a click away.
You can access key client information right from the dashboard. Under Search Clients and Find ID Cards you can search for clients, view ID Cards, and review a client summary as well as coverage and billing information. There is also a list of recently viewed clients.
You can now “favorite” the documents and forms you use the most. Your favorites will be listed on the right side of the Documents and Forms page. They will also be listed under Recent Favorites in the Documents and Forms section of the dashboard.
