Your large group ASO clients can now choose to opt-in for digital Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) for their employees. Digital EOBs can be accessed on the SydneySM Health mobile app and our website.
They make it easier for employees to access their health plan information.

Your large group ASO clients can opt-in for all of their employees or a subset of their employees, based on their group structure. Employees who prefer paper EOBs will have the option to switch back by simply changing their account settings.
Please encourage your clients and their employees to take advantage of all our digital resources, including accessing digital ID cards.
