Answer a couple of brief questions to help us confirm your credentials for that customer and select an option to get the information you need.
You can speak to a live agent anytime by saying “representative.”
The credential validation questions are customer-specific, and they are good for seven days, so you don’t need to complete the authentication process each time you call.
