Candid is no longer part of our Ortho@Home program. They are leaving the direct-to-consumer market to focus on working directly through dentist offices. They will complete care for members who have started treatment, but will not take any new patients.
Members with Ortho@Home coverage will continue to have access to our tele-orthodontia benefits and to our network providers, SmileDirectClub and byte. Members can also find Ortho@Home providers through Find Care on our website or with the SydneySM Health mobile app.
