The IRS permanently extended the original deadline from January 31. Fully insured and self-insured (Administrative Services Only) employers with 50 or more full-time employees are considered Applicable Large Employers (ALE) and required to file form 1095-C along with 1094-C.
In accordance with a state mandate, we will mail forms 1095-B to fully insured members who live in California before January 31.
Anthem will also submit state filings for both District of Columbia and New Jersey.
