Update: Appointment requests paused due to CT Department of Insurance system upgrade

The Connecticut Department of Insurance is upgrading their licensing system and will be temporarily offline from 5:00pm E.T. on Wednesday, November 3, through 10:00am ET on Tuesday, November 9. During this time Anthem will not be able to submit new Connecticut broker appointment requests to the Connecticut DOI.

Update: We’ll continue to accept requests but be aware that appointment effective dates cannot be determined until the DOI approves the appointments on or after November 9th.

This change impacts appointments only in the state of Connecticut.
