Torrance Memorial IPA will terminate its Individual ACA business with Anthem Blue Cross on January 1, 2026. Although Torrance Memorial IPA will no longer be part of Anthem’s Commercial Pathway HMO Exchange network, it will continue to participate in Commercial HMO.*
On November 3, 2025, we mailed letters to the affected Individual ACA members to let them know about the termination and explain that they will need to transition to another medical group in Anthem’s Pathway HMO network upon renewal. The 2026 ID will reflect the assigned medical group and phone number.
We encourage Individual ACA members to familiarize themselves with their new medical group and Primary Care Physician (PCP) as the affiliated hospitals and specialists may differ from those in Torrance Memorial IPA. Individual ACA Members can also use the Find Care feature on the Sydney℠ Health app or anthem.com/ca to see the providers available to them.
