We’re excited to share that beginning January 1, 2026, your clients can visit a Site of Service care provider for lab tests, radiology including X-rays, ultrasounds, and advance diagnostic imaging such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT), and outpatient surgery — all for a $0 copay (or $0 cost share or $0 coinsurance) when they visit a qualified location. There's no limit on the number of services they can have, making it simpler and more convenient for them to get the care they need.
