New Hampshire Senate Bill 245: Key changes for ground ambulance billing

Beginning January 1, 2026, Senate Bill 245 will eliminate surprise billing for ground ambulance services. Patients will pay only in-network cost-sharing amounts, even if they’re using out-of-network services.
