Individual and Family 2027 open enrollment begins October 23

Open enrollment begins October 23, 2026. Connecticuters can enroll in 2027 Individual and Family plans and see if they qualify for financial help that could lower their costs. Anthem offers budget-friendly coverage options to help keep everyone covered.

Some reminders:

• Open enrollment begins October 23, 2026, and ends January 15, 2027.
• Applications submitted by December 15, 2026, will have coverage effective January 1, 2027.
• Applications submitted by January 15, 2027, will have coverage effective February 1, 2027.
• Visit Producer Toolbox, your personal command center for managing your business, including quoting Individual and Family plans throughout Open Enrollment.
