Beginning October 1st, 2026, brokers supporting eligible Large Group business (51–249 employees) in CA, CO, CT, IN, NH, NV, NY, VA, and WI will receive a new series of implementation emails designed to provide consistent updates throughout the implementation process. Pilot markets (GA, KY, ME, MO, OH) went live August 17.
The new communications are part of an effort to create a more consistent implementation experience across participating markets. Instead of relying on individual outreach, you'll receive standardized milestone emails at key points during implementation, so you know where each case stands and what comes next.
Eligible Large Group cases will receive four milestone emails during implementation:
- Welcome and group set-up
- Enrollment census
- Enrollment ready to send
- Enrollment complete
These emails will be sent from locallgimplementationemails@anthem.com. Please add this email address to your list of safe senders in your inbox.
