Complete your annual SHOP certification for 2027

As you prepare for 2027 small group renewals, please make sure you complete your annual SHOP certification. Each writing agent must meet Anthem's applicable SHOP certification requirement before the group renews to qualify for commission.

To complete your annual SHOP registration:

• Sign in to the CMS Enterprise Portal and complete the Plan Year 2027 SHOP Privacy and Security Agreement.
• Confirm your 2027 SHOP registration is complete. Agencies should also confirm completion for each writing agent. A new SHOP agreement is required each year; prior-year registration alone is not sufficient.
