Reminder: Simplify your access to EmployerAccess

Remember, you can seamlessly transition from Producer Toolbox to EmployerAccess without needing to log in again—it's the most efficient way to access client information.

• Ensure you have an active PTB account. If not, register now.
• Assign delegates for multipurpose use. For guidance, check out the “Create a Delegate” section in the Producer Toolbox Broker Portal Training.

Client approval is required. Your clients must approve you and any delegates you assign to access their information in EmployerAccess. Once approved, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Client by Market from your Producer Toolbox Book of Business screen.
2. Select/Search for your group and choose View Details.
3. Click on Go to EmployerAccess.

Your login credentials will sync automatically the first time you do this. After that, you’ll have direct access to the client’s EmployerAccess main dashboard page.
