The ChamberCare Health Alliance MEWA plan will collect annual rate and census reconciliation (ARC) data from March 4 to April 12, 2024. The data collection will apply to any groups that were active in the MEWA for any portion of 2024, including groups that have since termed.
This data is used by the plan manager, Consoliplex, to satisfy underwriting requirements and IRS documentation, such as the MEWA’s 5500 and Summary Annual Report (SAR).
Watch for an email from mewa.io, a digital MEWA management system. It will provide resources and answers to frequently asked questions to help you educate your clients about the requirements.
