As of June 23, 2023, commission schedules are now available in Producer Toolbox for agents paid directly by the plan and will no longer be part of the agent onboarding process. Current schedules will remain in the documentation of existing producer agreements. Any updated or revised schedules will also be available in Producer Toolbox.
You can find the schedules in Producer Toolbox in the Book of Business tab. Choose commissions and click on View Commission Schedules to see your appointed schedules listed by state, brand, and line of business.
With this change, your commission information is in the same place as your monthly commission statements. You won’t need to refer to onboarding documentation when you have a question about the schedule, which saves you time.
