Individual and Family open enrollment window shopping begins October 1

Starting today, October 1, 2026, Connecticuters can explore and compare our plans and see if they qualify for financial help to lower their costs. Enrollment in 2027 Individual and Family plans begins October 23, 2026. Anthem offers budget-friendly coverage options to help keep everyone covered. 

Some reminders: 

  • Open enrollment begins October 23, 2026, and ends January 15, 2027. 
  • Applications submitted by December 15, 2026, will have coverage effective January 1, 2027. 
  • Applications submitted by January 15, 2027, will have coverage effective February 1, 2027. 
  • Visit Producer Toolbox, your personal command center for managing your business, including quoting Individual and Family plans throughout Open Enrollment. 
  • View Individual and Family open enrollment sales materials on Anthem Broker Hub.
