Get the renewal information you need to support your customers and prepare for the upcoming open enrollment period. Beginning in mid-October, renewal information will be available directly through Producer Toolbox when renewal letters are released.
How to download your renewal report
You can access your customers’ renewal information by creating a renewal report in Producer Toolbox with these six easy steps:
- Log in to Producer Toolbox.
- Select Tools & Resources.
- Select Reports.
- Choose Renewals as the report type.
- Enter a report title, which is required, and an optional description.
- Select Create Report.
Once your report is generated, you’ll have your customers’ renewal information in one place, helping you prepare for renewal conversations and the upcoming open enrollment period.
