St. Peter's Health Partners and Anthem have agreed to a multi-year contract that continues patient care with a new focus on value-based care (VBC) and increased data connectivity to improve outcomes and control costs for patients and employers. The agreement includes employer sponsored, Individual, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans.
Both St. Peter's and Anthem will integrate Epic Payer Platform into regular operations to streamline secure patient data flow, accelerate approval processes, and improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. The platform’s Clinical Data Exchange simplifies processes and reduces administrative burden for medical teams, allowing doctors to spend less time doing paperwork and more time treating patients.
